Crompton & Son Construction offers a wide range of services from renovations to building new homes. They work as a team in the family business and have expertise in the many areas of construction.

 

Randy Crompton founded the business in 1978 as Crompton Carpentry & Construction, Inc. He specializes in design, layout and customer service and uses his years of experience to provide every customer the exact job they want at the fairest price possible. During his over 30 years in business, Randy has become very proficient at being able to deal with and remedy any of the "unexpecteds" that may come up during a construction project.

 

Jeff Crompton graduated Cum Laude from Salem State College in 2000 with a BA in Business, attending school while working for the family business. His love of working with wood and creating custom projects led the way for him to stay with the family company after graduation. Jeff is very creative and detail oriented, making sure every facet of his work is flawless.

 

Both Randy and Jeff are very talented carpenters who strive to make their customers completely satisfied. To stay educated about the latest building materials, products, tools and methods, Randy and Jeff attend classes, trade shows and do much research. They each hold an Unrestricted State of Massachusetts Builders License and the business is registered as a State of Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor.  They have both completed an EPA Certified Renovator Course and are EPA Certified Lead Safe Renovators.

 

Crompton & Son Construction employs only experienced and qualified carpenters.

 

Crompton & Son Construction serves the North Shore area, from Lynn, Lynnfield, Peabody and Saugus to Essex, Hamilton, Wenham, Swampscott, Marblehead and all surrounding towns.

NEWS!!

Both Jeff and Randy are now certified EPA Lead-Safe Renovators, having completed an EPA course through the Connor Institute.  Crompton & Son is a certified EPA Lead-Safe Firm, and will be using EPA compliant lead handling practices.

  As of April 2010, all contractors working on homes built prior to1978 are mandated by law to have       EPA Lead-Safe Certification.
